Drying "Malutka".

Everyone from childhood is familiar with small, crunchy and delicious drying "Malutka". Years passed, a lot of confectionery products appeared on the shelves, but drying always takes first place in the ratings of consumer love and preferences.
Drying production is considered one of the most labor-intensive processes and the longest, if compared with the production of bubuli, bagels. Difficulties begin at the stage of kneading the dough: it should be fairly steep, but not stirred, so that there are no air bubbles that could spoil the entire batch.
From all other similar baking products, drying distinguishes technology of production, the level of humidity and size. Humidity in drying should not exceed 13%, which allows it to be such a crunch.
Production of drying begins with a dough of flour of higher grade, with the first "Malyutka" is even less than three times that it should be at the exit. This is done in order to see the quality of flour and dough: if, after scalding in an oven, drying is increased exactly three times in size, then everything is OK and you can continue the process of making.
After drying was dropped for a couple of minutes in boiling water, it is taken out and placed on a large dish and covered with sweet glaze, which, when baked, gives the product its unique taste and crispiness. Many confectioners do not cover the drying of icing, but just in boiled water add sweet liquor, which, when baked, turns into this beautiful, shiny, brown crust.

The benefit of drying "Malyutka"

Due to the presence in the classical formulation of drying flour of high quality wheat, the product and receives such a large amount of useful substances: vitamins, micro and macro elements, amino acids.
With such a useful composition, drying is able to improve the mood from the very morning; they are very useful for normal functioning of the brain, increasing the overall tone. All the beneficial composition of the dry matter is balanced and therefore this product is perfectly suitable as a prophylactic agent in the event of hair loss, increased fracture of the nail plate.


The utility of drying "Little" for children

Dryings contain such nutrients as manganese, copper and vitamins, and this complex helps the baby's bone tissue to grow properly and develop, with fractures and injuries it is also useful to use drying not only for children but also adults - they help to actively restore articular tissue.
Many mothers still prefer to use drying as a tasty and useful thing: in the period when the baby is cut teeth, it brings him some inconvenience, discomfort, itching in the gums. Pediatricians recommend in these cases, for the relief of the baby's use of rubber rings and toys, which kids "scratch" their gums and facilitate the eruption of teeth. And here since the Soviet times, many began to use for these purposes drying "Little" and received a double effect: the kid helps himself and receives a lot of useful substances from drying.
